The vulcanization section for rubber products, enabling high-temperature shaping of rubber goods.
Features:
1. A sealed heating unit at the base houses nine M-type heating tubes. It uniformly heats air, which is then blown into the drying tunnel via a boiler fan to evenly heat the products.
2. Thyristor: Built-in thyristor enables stepless adjustment of heating power based on temperature differentials. More precise and energy-efficient.
3. Spring Hinge: Automatic lid opening achieved through spring tension.
